Up to 3 months prior to your date of travel, you can make a cancellation without incurring any charges.
From 3 to 1 month prior to departure, the cancellation charge incurred would be 40% of the holiday costs.
From 1 month to a week prior to departure, the cancellation charge incurred would be 40% of the holiday costs.
Cancellation within the week prior to departure would incur a charge of 90% of the holiday costs.
To save these charges, we suggest you ensure that you are covered by your holiday insurance for late cancellations.
