In front of the impressive mountain backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser you find plenty of variety: Kneipp pools, drinking fountains with fresh spring water, a facility for course and gentle foot reflexology massages as well as arm and circulation pools. For our youngsters other fun activities are offered at the “Kids Kneipp”, equipped with a water wheel, dirt track, paddling pools as well as two classic Kneipp pools.
Every Monday in summer from 1.15 pm to 2.45 pm you can get great info’s about “how to kneipp right” from our vital coach Gabi. Meeting point: 1.15pm at the Kneipp area in Aschau. Furthermore the Kneipp area is opened round the clock.
You can reach the Kneipp area in Aschau easily by car (free parking space) or with the public bus (3-5 minutes to walk). From here you can start great hiking tours in the nature reserve Spertental. On the circuit trail (7.7 km) you can experience our native animals and plants. You get delicious Tiroler Schmankerln at every inn and hut on the way.
