Olympic Celebrations in Kirchberg

As promised, the Kirchberg Ski Club, with the help of the TVB (local tourist office) and many other sponsors, organised the victory celebrations for the giant slalom Olympic gold medal winner 2006 "Julia MANCUSO"! An impressive torch-lit procession accompanied our American girl to an official reception at the village square. After a sumptuous dinner in Hotel Sonne, the celebrations went on into the early hours in "Boomerang".
