A pleasant walk to an alpine farm where the cheese is still prepared the tradition way. During the guided tour of cheesery, the cheese master will personally explain the manufacturing process and subsequently invite you to a tasting session. Those who enjoy the taste of our alpine cheese can take a "piece of nature" home.
