The 280km long main route of the Adlerweg or 'Eagle's Way' takes us across country: from St. Johann pass the Wilder Kaiser mountains, further on past the Brandenberg Alps, through the Rofan and the Karwendel ranges and finally through the Lech Valley Alps to St. Anton am Arlberg.

The regional routes take us through the 'side' valleys off of the main 'Eagle's Way' route through the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps.
